what's 3000HK? about 42 US dollars? that's cheap if I did the conversion right. my last do was well over 200. and that's why i have roots now & holding off my next hair appt. but prolly in dec so that i look nice for christmas.
Actually, it's about US $385.00
If if was at your rate of conversion, Ed would just let me color my hair every month! Ha!
